DIGITAL PLATFORM
One platform for events, teaching and administration
The Digitalplattform connects participant views, lecturer workflows and administration connectors in one application. Academies and education providers avoid duplicate data maintenance and orchestrate the systems already in place: administration, learning platform, identities and communication. Multi-tenant, with OIDC sign-on and connectors to systems such as Antrago, Moodle and Keycloak.
Three applications, one platform
The Digitalplattform exposes three views on the same data. The platform view manages tenants, branding and configuration. The participant view brings together webinars, seminars, meetings, registration and communication. The lecturer portal shows events, quotas, dates, exams and billing items. Whoever signs in sees only what belongs to their role. Content, master data and status are maintained once and used in the matching views. The result is less duplicate work between administration, teaching and learners.
Connect, don't replace
The platform does not replace the systems you already use; it connects them. Antrago supplies course and participant data, Moodle handles learning content, Keycloak manages identities and single sign-on. Importers transfer only what changed. Moodle courses are created from templates; participants, lecturers and special groups are enrolled with the right roles. If a sync run stops, it continues in a controlled way next time. Existing data is not written twice, and empty lists do not overwrite valid groups. That reduces migration and operations effort without tearing out systems that already work.
Lecturers and administration in one tool
In the lecturer portal, lecturers see their events, quotas, upcoming dates, exams and billing items. Administration pulls from the same data to maintain master records, communication and status — without Excel back-and-forth. When a new participant arrives in a course's student cohort, that triggers an enrollment mail automatically. Lecturer and special-group members are kept clean and separate — nobody receives mails that don't belong to them. Mail jobs run asynchronously, status is tracked centrally, delivery issues get retried instead of lost. Manual intervention stays small and predictable.
Multi-tenant in operation
The Digitalplattform is multi-tenant by design. Every tenant gets its own profile, branding, Keycloak theme and configuration — down to cohort roles and mail recipients. In operation the tenants are cleanly separated; in code they share the same API base. The platform runs on-premises or in whatever environment the tenant provides — no mandatory cloud lock-in. Logging, monitoring and operations scripts are part of the delivery. A dedicated tools runner covers recurring maintenance tasks: data reconciliation, mass creation, repair work — without going through the UI.
